BIZTECH Overview

     BIZTECH is an ERP Automation program that put users at ease via “Easy to use” system. The program is designed based on ERP (Enterprise Resourse Planning) model which allow users to manage the whole resourses of company automatically.
     The core feature of the system is that information that is put through system is delivered tomultiple outputs, allows total automation of information to flow within the system.


Modules Overview

Marketing Module
     Manage sales via major features: Quotation, Orders, Customer Tracking, Opportunity and SR Management.
     This module provides rapid and automated actions for users i.e. 1 Min quotation and Order Fast Track

Production Module (*or Operations Module for service industry)
     Allow users to have a full control over operations process, user canset time-lead to each steps and the system will automatically
monitor based on your setting.

Inventory Module
The system requries setting of BOM in order toenable the system to reduce inventory automatically when order is made.

HR Module
The module allow you to set-up organisation structure alongwith allocate employees to each positions. The system automatically sets permissions to each user type and track engagement ratio.

Accounting Module
All necessary accounting features are in place, including A/R (Account receivable), A/P (Account payable) and allow you to manage chart of accounts as well as Taxation. The system is capable to sum Financial Statements.

Business Status
Dashboard is available as front page on Management-Level account, it gathers all necessary business KPIs from all functions. This allows manages to see business status instantly.
